OrderManager

The problem

Every day the team orders drinks: whoever collects the order has to ask each person, copy out the menu, total the bill and chase payments. OrderManager turns that into a small app with a group chat and an AI assistant.

Features

• Shops & menus: add shops, import menus from photos with vision/OCR.
• Orders & debts: pick items, close the order, track who still owes, pay with VietQR.
• Real-time group chat (WebSocket): online status, quizzes, scheduled messages, notifications; anonymous chat without an account.
• AI assistant in the group: type @AI to ask about the menu, place orders… via SPARK AI Gateway.

Engineering

• Go backend (chi, pgx/PostgreSQL, gorilla/websocket), Google sign-in; Next.js + MUI frontend.
• A ReAct loop written in Go with 5 tools, a permission gate before every tool call and an ai_tool_audit table recording every action the AI takes.
